With the Tiger 660, Triumph wants to continue the success of the Trident 660 and also compete strongly in the middle class of sports tourers. SW-MOTECH has taken the bike from Hinkley to the workshop and from the 2022 season will offer a comprehensive range of luggage solutions and accessories for protection, safety, ergonomics and navigation.

For luggage transport on the tank, SW-MOTECH offers the proven PRO tank ring. Since the tank filler neck is very far forward, the tank ring is attached with a special adapter that moves the tank ring further back. Thus, the steering angle remains unaffected and you can easily reach the ignition lock. The PRO tank ring fits various models of PRO tank bags: PRO Micro, PRO Daypack, PRO Engage and PRO Yukon WP.

Luggage systems for the rear of the Tiger 660

SW-MOTECH builds different bag systems for the rear: The PRO Blaze H bags hold up to 20 liters of luggage on each side and feature a mounting system with spacer brackets that can be installed or removed in a few simple steps. Thus the bike can be quickly converted, depending on whether it goes on the short after-work round or the big trip.

Another option for luggage storage is the SLC side carrier system, which is firmly bolted to the motorcycle. Various bags and cases from SW-MOTECH can be accommodated on the small and discreet carriers with their three mounting points: The elegant URBAN ABS pannier system, the canvas Napalon bags from the Legend Gear series or the waterproof SysBag WP bags.

SW-MOTECH also provides a solution for the rack. The robust and versatile ADVENTURE-RACK transports top cases like the TRAX ADV top case or large tail bags like the PRO Travelbag or the Drybag 600. The combination of the ADVENTURE-RACK rack with the SLC side carriers is unfortunately not possible on the Tiger 660 for technical reasons.

How SW-MOTECH products protect the Tiger 660 from damage

SW-MOTECH builds a crash bar made of black powder coated steel tube, which can protect the three-cylinder and the fairing from damage in the event of crashes and falls. Even more protection from below is provided by the front spoiler made of 4 mm thick black powder coated aluminum sheet. This can prevent damage to the three manifolds and the exhaust system below in the event of off-road collisions or from stones thrown up. The front spoiler can be mounted on both the Trident and the small Tiger.

SW-MOTECH crash pads can be mounted on the axles of the 17-inch wheels. With the red bull logo, they look good on the one hand and can also protect the swing arm and fork feet from damage in crashes.

Ergonomic adjustment on the Triumph Tiger 660

For a more upright riding position, the experts at SW-MOTECH recommend a bar riser, The foot position can also be adjusted according to your own needs. The EVO footrests offer 36 different adjustment options. Thus riders can find the right position for their feet. In addition, the bike-specific gear lever and foot brake lever for the Tiger 660 can be adjusted for the best possible shifting and braking.
